Shipping and preparation
Before confirming any piece, we will explain the timing, delivery method and full cost in writing.
Preparation
The product page distinguishes made-to-order, one-of-a-kind and dispatch-ready pieces. Preparation time does not include shipping transit. Displayed timings remain estimates until we confirm your request.
Delivery
During the first stage, we will personally confirm the options available for your city. No shipping charge will be made without telling you its price first.
Tracking
Once the request is confirmed, you will receive the information needed to follow preparation and delivery.
