Information we handle
Your name, email, phone number if provided, contact preferences, and the questions, pieces or measurements you share. A request can include your country, city, postal code and delivery notes. We also record your privacy and collection-update preferences.
Purpose and legal basis
We handle product requests to take the steps you ask for before a possible purchase. For other enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us. Collection updates require your optional consent; withdraw it by emailing hola@sofiaramdy.com without affecting your enquiry.
Who has access
Authorized staff manage enquiries in the shop’s system. Technical hosting and email providers, including Zoho Mail, process the information needed to provide those services. If you choose WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled through that service.
Retention and browser storage
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and, where relevant, for legal obligations or claims. Marketing preferences remain until withdrawn. The bag is stored in this browser until you empty it or clear browser data; administrator sessions use sign-in cookies.
Your rights and contact
Email hola@sofiaramdy.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We need the required form fields to process a request; you can also contact us by email.
Your tracking link
Keep your status link private: anyone who has it can see the requested pieces and their status. Do not post it on public pages.
